The Mountain’s Edge is a master-planned community in the southwest of the Las Vegas Valley. It is located in the unincorporated town of Enterprise. The project area is approximately 2,500 acres in size and is generally located south of Blue Diamond Road and west of Rainbow Boulevard in the southern halves of Township 22 South, Range 60 East’s Sections 21 and 22, the majority of Section 29, and all of Sections 27, 28, and 34.
The Board of County Commissioners initially approved Mountain’s Edge in September 2002. The master-planned community has grown to include approximately 2,150 acres of residential space, 114 acres of office space, and 150 acres of commercial space since then. Additionally, there are approximately 700 acres dedicated to public facilities like schools, parks, and a fire station in the area.
